Canceling Form

Canceling a peer tutoring appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. If a student cancels, or fails to show up for, a scheduled appointment for three consecutive times the student will not be allowed to use the College of Arts and Sciences tutoring services for the remainder of the academic semester.
