Peer Mentoring Program

The College of Arts and Sciences also offers a Peer Mentoring Program for students who may feel they can benefit by the advice and support of an upperclass student. Generally first-year students request peer mentors. The goal of the Peer Mentoring Program is to help Arts and Sciences students who request a mentor to: feel comfortable and integrated with the College and University community, to assist students in navigating their way around the University; to support students in becoming actively engaged in their academic programs and life in the College; and to increase student satisfaction and success.
